• Treatment Centre (TC)
• Model Treatment Centre (MTC)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill following conditions

• Person recovered from Hepatitis OR beneficiary under NVHCP programme
• NGO worker / support worker involved in health activities may apply
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Must be able to maintain records & reporting
• Should be able to support hospital / treatment centre activities

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform following work

• Provide emotional support to patients
• Help in treatment follow-up
• Assist awareness programmes
• Maintain patient records
• Support hospital / programme staff
• Work under NVHCP scheme

Monitoring & Supervision

Work will be monitored by

• State NVHCP Unit
• District Health Authority
• Medical Superintendent / Hospital Manager
• Programme Consultants

Selection Process

Selection will be done at district / hospital level by

• CDM & PHO Mayurbhan
• District Health Office
• Medical Superintendent
• Programme Officials
• Zilla Swasthya Samiti

Final approval by State Health Department.
