📂 Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must bring original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies:
- Identity Proof (Government issued photo ID)
- Proof of Date of Birth
- All academic mark sheets & certificates (Matriculation onwards)
- Council Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Experience Certificates
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD, if applicable)
- No Objection Certificate (if applicable)
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (₹20) as per format
- Any other relevant supporting documents
📜 Affidavit Requirement
Candidates must also bring an affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of ₹20 in the prescribed format.
The affidavit must declare:
- All educational degrees submitted are from recognized institutions
- The candidate fulfills all eligibility criteria (qualification, age, experience)
- Information provided in application is true and correct
- If any information is found false, candidature may be cancelled
⚠ Without the affidavit, document verification may be rejected.
⚠ Important Instructions
- Interview will be conducted only in offline mode
- Candidates must arrange their own travel & accommodation
- No TA/DA will be provided
- Candidates failing to attend document verification will not be allowed for interview
- The interview schedule is final and no date change requests will be accepted
