Post 1 — Store Keeper-cum-Accountant

- Qualification: PG preferably in Commerce / MBA (Finance) with computer proficiency

Post 2 — House Mother

- Qualification: Graduate in Science / Social Science / Home Science
- Experience: Preferable 3 years in Child Care Institution or any hostel

Post 3 — Para Medical Staff

General Ability Conditions
Every candidate — regardless of post — must satisfy ALL of the following:
- Must be a citizen of India
- Must be a permanent resident of Odisha state
- Must be of good health, good physique, active habits and free from any organic defect or bodily infirmity

- Must not have more than one spouse living
- Must be free from Tobacco / Cigarette / Alcoholic habits
Selection Process
Career Marking (Total: 100 Marks)
Recruitment for all 7 posts (Sl. No. 01 to 07) will be based on Career Marking only — no written exam, no separate interview marks.

Tie-break Rule: If two or more candidates score equal marks, the candidate with past experience of working in Child Rights will be given preference. The Selection Committee’s decision will be final.
Method of Engagement
- Selection Committee recommends top 5 candidates per position to the Governing Body/Management
- Candidates with highest marks are called for certificate verification before appointment order is issued
- Panel is valid for 1 year from date of finalization — for future vacancies too
- If marks are in CGPA/Grade Point format, candidate must provide the conversion formula; otherwise the institution will apply its own formula

Q4. Is the House Mother post residential? Do I have to live at the institution?
