Educational Qualification
1. Probation Officer-cum-Child Welfare Officer – 1 Post
Candidates should have:
- Graduation, preferably in Social Work, Sociology, Social Sciences or L.L.B. from a recognized University.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Government/NGO.
- Experience in legal matters, preferably in Women and Child Rights, is desirable.
- Proficiency in Basic Computer.
2. Manager, SAA – 1 Post
Candidates should have:
- Master’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work or Psychology.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
3. Paramedical – 1 Post
Candidates should have:
- Qualification as Compounder/Pharmacist.
- Diploma in Ayurvedic, Homoeopathic or Unani from an institution recognized by the Government.
4. PT Instructor-cum-Yoga Teacher – 1 Post
Candidates should have:
- B.P.Ed. from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
5. Art Craft-cum-Music Teacher – 1 Post
Candidates should possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields:
- Visual Art
- Music
- Sculpture
- Ceramics
- Paper Craft
- Wood Craft

The Staff Selection Committee will prepare and recommend a panel of 5 candidates for each post. Candidates securing higher marks will be called for certificate verification before issuance of the engagement order.
The panel will remain valid for one year from the date of approval by the Collector-cum-Chairman, Utkal Balashram, Brahmapur.
