Who Can Apply?
Three types of candidates are eligible:
1. Retired Candidates Retired Govt. College / Aided College / Higher Secondary School teachers who have NOT completed 65 years of age.
2. In-Service Candidates Currently serving teachers or self-employed persons working in the same profession/subject with requisite qualification.
3. Fresh Candidates Fresh candidates with Master Degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade from a recognised university — selected only when retired teachers are not available.

CRM-Specific Qualification (from Official Guidelines Annexure)
