Educational Qualification

Duties and Responsibilities
Selected Guest Teachers will be responsible for:
- Teaching the concerned subject as per syllabus.
- Correction of classwork, homework, assignments, and projects.
- Setting question papers for examinations.
- Maintaining academic records of students.
- Preparing students for curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Performing invigilation and evaluation duties.
- Carrying out other academic work assigned by the Headmaster.
Terms and Conditions
Candidates should carefully read the terms and conditions before applying:
- The engagement of Guest Teachers is purely temporary in nature and does not confer any right to regular appointment or inclusion in the cadre of teachers under the SSD Department.
- Working hours and duty periods shall be as per the school timetable and instructions of the concerned authority.
- The engagement of Guest Teachers will automatically come to an end once a regular or contractual teacher is appointed against the vacancy or as decided by the competent authority.
- Guest Teachers may be assigned correction and evaluation work related to the concerned subject. No additional remuneration shall be paid for such duties.
- The performance of Guest Teachers will be reviewed regularly. Any teacher found non-performing or involved in misconduct may be disengaged by the competent authority under intimation to the District Welfare Officer (DWO).
- The maximum age at the time of engagement shall be 62 years. In case a retired teacher is engaged as a Guest Teacher, he/she shall be disengaged upon attaining the age of 65 years.
- A Guest Teacher remaining absent without authorization and not taking classes continuously for 15 days or more shall be deemed terminated and will not be considered further.
- The engagement is valid for the academic session 2026-27 or until the appointment of a regular PGT by the SC/ST Development Department, whichever is earlier.
- The services of a Guest Teacher may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason.
