Educational Qualification
1. Lecturer (Prosthetics & Orthotics)
Candidates must have a:
- Post Graduate qualification in Prosthetics & Orthotics from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience
- 10 years of teaching experience in the relevant field from a recognized Institute, Rehabilitation Organization, College or University.
Desirable Qualification
- Publications of books or publications in indexed journals.
2. Clinical Psychologist-cum-Junior Lecturer
Candidates must have:
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the prescribed 2-year course.
- Two years’ experience as a Clinical Psychologist in a recognized Disability Institute/Organization.
- Registration with RCI is mandatory.
Desirable Qualification
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized University or Institute.
3. Demonstrator in Physiotherapy
Candidates must have:
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Three years of teaching experience
4. Cashier
Candidates must have:
- Graduate in Commerce
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts in a Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking.
- Out of this, at least 2 years of experience must be in handling cash transactions.

Age Limit
The prescribed upper age limits are:
- Lecturer: 40 years
- Clinical Psychologist-cum-Junior Lecturer: 30 years
- Demonstrator in Physiotherapy: 40 years
- Cashier: 35 years
For determining age, the date of birth recorded in the Matriculation Certificate will be considered.
The cut-off date for determining upper age, qualification and post-qualification experience is the last date of submission of the online application, i.e. 26 October 2026.
Age Relaxation
Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC and PwD candidates, as well as departmental candidates, employees of Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies and Ex-Servicemen, will be as per Government of India rules.
SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for UR vacancies will not receive category-based age relaxation.
Selection Process
The notification provides specific selection weightage for Group-B posts where both desirable qualification and desirable experience are prescribed.
