Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Community Mobilizer

  • Graduate in any discipline

Community Mobilizer

The selected Community Mobilizer will be responsible for:

  • Build strong relationships with community groups, Panchayati Raj Institutions, local stakeholders, and grassroots organizations.
  • Conduct community consultations to identify local needs and priorities for CSR initiatives.
  • Mobilize and encourage community participation in planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR projects.
  • Organize awareness campaigns on livelihood, health, education, sanitation, and skill development.
  • Strengthen community-based institutions such as Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and youth clubs.
  • Coordinate between NALCO Foundation project teams and village communities during project implementation.
  • Organize community meetings, training programmes, workshops, and field events.
  • Collect field information, case studies, interviews, and progress reports for project documentation.
  • Track project progress and provide regular feedback for improving programme implementation.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager, NALCO Foundation.

Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting proceedings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Office Attendant

The Office Attendant will be responsible for:

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of office premises.
    Welcome visitors and assist with reception duties.
  • Deliver and collect official files, documents, and correspondence.
    Assist in dispatch and receipt of postal articles and office supplies.
  • Maintain records of utility usage and report maintenance issues.
  • Ensure office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines have sufficient supplies.
  • Arrange furniture, equipment, refreshments, and meeting facilities.
  • Maintain adequate stock of stationery, drinking water, and housekeeping materials.
